Warranty

At Swan Percussion, we stand behind our products. Warranty information below:

What is Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.

Length of Coverage

Swan Percussion LLC warrants that Swan Percussion instruments are free of material and workmanship defects forr a period of (2) years from the original date of purchase.

Swan Percussion will repair or replace any defective components free of charge with comparable parts to the original purchaser upon delivery of the instrument to the Swan Percussion manufacturing facility. Said defective component/s will become property of Swan Percussion. Proof of purchase and status of the original purchaser are required for warranty coverage.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Any modifications or alterations made to original equipment or factory parts.
• Damage caused by neglect, moisture or temperature extremes (including, but not limited to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or direct exposure to the elements).
• Damage by mis-use.
• Mishandling, shipping incidents, or use under what may be considered normal playing conditions.
• Any owner other than the original owner.

Shipping

Swan Percussion products are shipped via UPS.

UPS ground is our standard shipping option.

International, 2 and 3 day, and overnight shipping available upon request.

Swan Percussion assumes responsibility for adequate packaging and timely shipment of all instruments.

Purchaser assumes responsibility for all shipping and handling fees.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event you are disappointed with your Swan Percussion product, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive credit or refund for the original purchase value. Original purchase value is defined as cost of instrument including sales tax. Return must include original purchase receipt including date of purchase. Any instrument which is returned is subject to inspection prior to credit or a refund being issued. Instruments which have sustained damage of any severity (including, but not limited to scuffs, blemishes, watermarks) will not qualify for return. Instruments which do qualify for return will be credited immediately. Refunds will be fulfilled by check, mailed within 14 days of inspection / approval date.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling fees asociated with return.
